Yes, We send products all over the world.
If you are in the United States, no matter how many toys you order, Free Shipping for all orders within the United States. If you are outside the United States, shipping costs only $20USD. Free shipping if your order is over $188.
Any issue with any order must be reported to us within 3 days of the date of delivery. If you have an issue with your order/toy and it does not need to be unwrapped, please leave it wrapped & sealed. Carefully inspect your toy before unwrapping it, if you report an issue that could have been determined before unwrapping it,We will not be able to provide replacement and other services.
Any issues need to be reported within 3 days or we may not honor any request for a replacement, missing items, etc. You can email us at info@greedycluster.com or contact us in our header under the 'Contact Us' link if you have an issue with your order once received.
We do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds unless the item you received is defective, or we made an error on your order.
Your package will be shipped from China, your order should arrive in 10 days after being shipped (if there are no delays).
We ask that customers please allow up to 20 days on all international orders.
After your shipped, tracking information will usually be updated in 48 hours.

Please note: Tracking information is updated at the end of each day, so it may not be possible to track your order for up to 24 hours.
These are estimates only. Your order may take between 2-5 days to manufacture before it ships. If you have placed an order and cannot track it after 5 business days, please email us at help@greedycluster.com. If it has not been 5 business days since you placed your order, please wait to contact us.

Monday - it will typically be manufactured on Tuesday and shipped Wednesday.
Tuesday - it will typically be manufactured on Wednesday and shipped Thursday.
Wednesday - it will typically be manufactured on Thursday and shipped on Friday.
Thursday - it will typically be manufactured on Friday and shipped on Saturday.
Friday - it will typically be manufactured on Saturday and shipped on Monday.
Saturday - it will typically be manufactured on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday.
Sunday - it will typically be manufactured on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday.
If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, you must notify us immediately, before our item(s) have been manufactured; you can contact us at info@greedycluster.com.
Because we make each order individually, depending on the options you selected at checkout for your toy, it is almost impossible for us to resale your toy quickly once it is made. Canceled orders are almost always destroyed. Because of this, there is a 50% restocking fee on any order that gets canceled after the product is manufactured, but has not been shipped.
For this reason, we ask that you try to let us know immediately when you decide you want to cancel your order. This saves everybody's time and money. If your product has shipped, we cannot provide a refund. Once your order leaves our shop and is in transit, you cannot cancel your order.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we, unfortunately, cannot take returns once your toy leaves our shop. We do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds unless your item is defective or if we made an error on your order. You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. If your order has been manufactured but not shipped, any cancelation after that point will incur a 50% restocking fee. If your order has not been manufactured at the time of cancelation, you will incur no restocking fee and will receive a full refund. (Please see FAQ question number 4).
If you notice a defect with your product, simply contact us and we will take care of it. One of the most common mistakes that customers make is placing an order for a toy that is too big. We do not accept returns on orders where the customer has misjudged the size of the toy; please pay close attention to the specifications of the toy you are ordering. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.
We understand the need for discretion in our shipments and we make every effort to make sure your privacy is protected. Your order will arrive in a simple brown box. There is no mention of Toys on the outside of the box.
In this case, you must notify us immediately.
If your order has already been customized, we will not be able to change for you.
If not, we will suggest you cancel the origin order, and place a new order.

I'm happy to assist with address changes in the event that the information entered at checkout is not accurate.
NOTE1: Shipping changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. I cannot guarantee changes for requests made more than 12 hours after purchase and am not responsible if the information entered at checkout was incorrect, and/or I am not contacted about the error within the stated timeframe.
NOTE2: If a customer regularly requests address changes, attempts to ship to an individual or location that I do not offer shipping to, or I suspect they are attempting to circumvent my ToS, I reserve the right to ship to the address entered at checkout and/or discontinue service.
Most shipping issues are quickly rectified by a quick call to the local post office!If there is an issues with your shipment please contact your local post office as soon as possible!
Please note that we are not responsible for shipping issues caused by customer error, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a returned package, the customer is responsible for any additional funds needed for a second shipment, or I will refund the cost of the item and relist it for sale.
In the event of a lost or damaged package, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local post office. I do not have access to any additional updates beyond what the tracking information states.
I do not offer cancellations or refunds for lost packages. I do not offer refunds on shipping costs for returned packages.
I understand that this can be frustrating, but once a package leaves my possession I have absolutely no control over it and cannot be held responsible for issues that are beyond my control.
Yes, the customer is responsible for paying any Value Added Tax (VAT), fees or other charges imposed by your country or jurisdiction. It is the customer's responsibility to fulfill any taxes and fees that may be applied to any imported items, which are naturally subject to change according to country and jurisdiction.
If you do not pay taxes or fees to receive your package levied by your country’s customs department, or other government agency, your package may be returned to us. We do not accept refunds once your package is shipped unless there is a defect with the product.
Be aware that if your package is returned to us because you refused to pay any associated taxes or fees, you will not be refunded and your item will be destroyed.
Because we want to bring the best feeling along with the safest experience, So we only use 100% Platinum Silicone. Not only is it safe for the body, but it is also very resilient.
This material is non-porous and resistant to high temperatures and is very easy to clean and store. You can even store them with other brands that also work with platinum silicone.
Store your toys in a clean, dry space. It is recommended to store toys in an enclosed container such as a box or cabinet to avoid the toy attracting dust, lint, or hair (silicone is a major dust magnet).
Store toys out of direct sunlight. While indirect or infrequent exposure through regular usage will not damage your toy, as with most items it is not recommended to leave platinum silicone in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Doing so may result in a loss of clarity or color, or in the development of a slight cloudiness. Please note that direct sun exposure may result in color bleaching in some items, particularly with lighter / more translucent colors. While it is not indicative of any stucturual damage to the toy, it may be quite visible.
Toys can be stored sitting on most cloths, metal, glass, and plastic. Toys can also be stored on wood, however softer silicones may leave silicone oil stains on wooden furniture if left for an extended period of time.
Toys can be stored with other certified platinum cured silicone, glass, metal, wood, and plastic. Any toys that are of dubious origin or made of questionable material (such as cheap "silicone" toys, jelly toys, anything that "melts" over time, etc.) should not be stored with your platinum silicone toy.
Toys left sitting on certain surfaces may retain imprints on their bases (such as leaving toys sitting on a highly textured cloth, metal grate, pushing into the silicone with a fingernail, etc.). These imprints do not affect the use of the toy, and may be able to be removed by gently rubbing the imprinted area with a finger.
Since the toys themselves are made of silicone, we would recommend using with water-based lubricants.
All our toys are handcrafted with 100% medical grade platinum silicone material, non-porous high temperature resistant material. What does this mean for you? It means a lot!
Silicone is non-porous. This means that the surface doesn’t have hiding places for things like bacteria! Since silicone is non-porous, our toys are easy to clean!
You can wash them with soap and water. You can also boil them in 90° boiling water and remove them after about 3 minutes.
