What is your estimated manufacturing & shipping schedule?

These are estimates only. Your order may take between 2-3 business days to manufacture before it ships. If you have placed an order and cannot track it after 4 business days, please email us at info@greedycluster.com. 

Do you ship worldwide? What are your shipping costs?

Yes, We send products all over the world. We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders over $300 USD.

Uniform Shipping Fee: For orders below the $300 threshold, we apply a flat shipping fee of $20. This ensures that our customers have access to cost-effective shipping options, regardless of their order size.

Where is the tracking information and how long until it arrives?

After your order is shipped, tracking information will usually be updated in 24-72 hours. You can check it on this website: www.17track.net

If you still cannot check your tracking information, then contact us and we will assist you.

Please note: Tracking information is updated at the end of each day, so it may not be possible to track your order for up to 24 hours. 

Discreet Shipping

We understand the need for discretion in our shipments and we make every effort to make sure your privacy is protected. Your order will arrive in a simple brown box. There is no mention of toys on the outside of the box.
